Yes! Post-frame homes and buildings can be built on a traditional basement.
Do you offer financing?
We can do as much or as little as you need us to. Turn-key projects are our specialty. However, we can build you just the shell or work with you based on which areas you would like to finish yourselves and which areas you would like us to complete.
Do we have to have our site work done before the building process? We have our own crews trained explicitly in setting up building pads and prepping your site work. With that being said, you are more than welcome to have your own site work done if you desire.
How far out is your building schedule? Our building schedule is constantly changing. The best way to find out where our schedule is in your area is to get in touch with a member of our sales team in your area.
